im looking to find out what I can do about getting a breeding licence online if anyone knows
im also looking for some tips and tricks on how I go about a pregnant cat when it is time im freaked after my partner told me male cats have barbs would I need to take my little girl to the vet afterwards so scared

Yes males have barbed penises, but a vet isn't required following mating.

The person you bought your registered pedigree female from should be mentoring you if you want to breed, if you own a moggy she should be spayed asap and never bred from.

All I know is over in the central northern part of america, where I live, you don't need licenses for any breeding or selling of pets. I am very sure you don't need a license to do any of that with cats. I advise you to contact a policeman, or political figure in the area. They should know or at least find out for you.
