Is My Cat having a phantom pregnancy?, calling or pregnant?? Options

Hello all I need some help please, I have mated my girl 4weeks ago and I thought she was pregnant you know she is doing the normal pregnant cat thing that queens do.

1.putting on weight in the tummy

2.boobs are pink and getting slightly larger.

3. very affectionate ect........


BUT I noticed the other day about 2 days ago that she called????

I have scratch her back and she is doing the dance when they are on heat!!

She only called once in the morning and thats it know she's not as sensetive round the back end as she was 2 days ago!

she is acting normal and no discharge comming from her vagina nor her bottem!!

her poo is fine she is eating fine she is loving and purring!!

I wonder if she absorbed the kittens on her trip back from the breeders in the plane??

I'm frustrated and I hope some nice breeders can help me solve this strange problem that I have?

I'm taking her to the vet but i feel breeders with many years experiance and advise from other breeders that I would benifet more from you guys..

I have had girls do a false call and still be pregnant and go on to have a normal litter and i have had girls call again because they were simply not pregnant.

Sorry but there is no easy answer to this. A good vet might be able to palpate and tell you.
