The boys don't really play with her (because sleeping is so much more important, apparently :P) and I haven't had time to play with her lately because i have a new job..

I work from home, so am still here to watch her and she obviously isn't happy..
She walks around meowing all day and has started jumping on the benches and biting cables to get my attention :/

On sunny days (which are few and far between) i've been letting her out in the cat enclosure, but even full of toys and stuff, she doesn't like it and just sits at the door and meows to come back in the house..

I am going to buy her (them) a tunnel, bigger scratching post and new toys this pay, but I really don't know what to do with her :/
She just wants to be near me and only plays by herself if i start it, by throwing one of her toys

she has always had separation issues, my neighbours have complained about her meowing at the door when i am out and I can't even go to the toilet by myself..
But it seems to be getting worse.. I literally can't go anywhere without her being right next to me.
no matter what i am doing she is always right at my feet, usually sitting on them or wrapped around them..

I need help!

You said it yourself she wants to play with YOU!!! so you need interactive toys ..like da bird ..which is a bunch of feathers on a string ..you just stand or sit ..and let her chase it , throw toys for her to fetch ..and spend 15 minutes playing her to tired ..then she'll nap and you will get some peace and quiet.
Before you start work ..give her 10 minutes of hectic play, then breakfast ..bet she'll just have a nap once you sit quietly.
By the way NOBODY with a cat goes to the toilet alone ..most of us are not allowed close doors if the cat is on the other side ..normal for cats ..lol
Rattly mice are very popular for cats to play alone ..

Since posting, I have completely changed my routine so it revolved around her (how it should have been to begin with? :P)

wake up
feed cat
have shower
get dressed
play with cat
Work, while cat sleeps
have lunch
Put cat in enclosure (she seems to handle it better when she has had a huge play earlier)
finish Work
bring cat back in
feed cat
Make dinner
eat dinner
play with cat
watch tv, while cat sleeps
spread cats toys all over lounge room
go to bed, with cat
Wake up to toys piled in front of the heater, where they belong apparently

time for the other pets is worked in around Panda's time, because she cares more :P
