Not anything very exciting here Krista. We had pork cutlets with mashed potato, pumpkin & brussel sprouts. It is only my husband & myself, so sometimes we just have something quick. Tomorrow will probably be a curry with rice that is in the freezer as we make our curry in a large slow cooker so we make plenty of extra meals.

In my Spanish 3 class we have to cook something from a Spanish speaking country(except Mexico). So i need some authentic recipes. I want to do one from Puerto Rico or Cuba preferably but i will take any thing lol. So can you list the name of the food, country it came from and recipe. Thanks so much!
