Help! My cats that is about one year old has the runs! It has been bloody, and I don't know what to do. He has had it for almost a week but the runs has been going on for a while now and I'm really worried. HELP!

Hi better take to a vet asap .. cats can go downhill fast if they get dehydrated.. Is he still eating & drinking? probably needs antibiotics! If still eating give him soft food.. boiled chicken and rice.. slippery elm can soothe the tummy..
but you need to find out why he has it..

Definitely take your cat to the vet. What you describe is not normal.
